I want a plant in my house. That's a very indistinct demand, and there are a lot of possibilities. To be more specific, I want a plant that sits next to my refrigerator. It's kind of a dark spot, and I think it would look great with a big plant.

Compared to the other artificial plants that I've bought, I wanted a bigger plant this time. I found a plant that I really liked, but the company wouldn't ship it to Denmark, so I had to find another plant.

The plant arrived in a very small box, and I was a bit skeptical. The height was right, though. I opened the box and was wondering how the result would look. I have now been folding, straightening, pulling, and forming, and I'm very satisfied with the result. And the plant looks great in that location.

Artificial flowers have invaded my home ever since I bought artificial things for my Christmas decorations. The first small step was when I bought artificial poinsettia last year. I was very happy with my purchase, and when you have bought something from a specific category on Amazon, they send suggestions about related items.

It led to purchasing of several artificial flowers of different kinds. I bought flowers to create a flower bouquet, and I also bought a complete flower bouquet. Several other artificial plants have made their way to my windows sills. The flowers for one of the bouquets were missing some greenery. That made me go through the greenery I bought for my Christmas decorations. I had bought some that, in my opinion, were too light green for Christmas decorations, but they were perfect for the bouquet (see before and after below).

The last flowers I have ordered are heralds of spring. I'm talking about tulips. First, I wanted to buy them as a bouquet, but the two-colored tulips I wanted, was out of stock. Instead, I chose them as a kind of pot flower (see the picture below). I have not regretted any of my purchases, and I might buy more so that I can switch between different flowers.

I had bought two mini-poinsettias, which I placed on a window sill, and I had agreed with myself that I would take really good care of them. They are beautiful and spread cheer this time of year. Normally, I'm very good at taking care of flowers but, lately, I've given up, because mini-plants are difficult when the home is warm. They need constant watering, and when I have migraines, several days can pass without watering. But I want these two plants to survive past Christmas.

Despite the fact that I constantly checked on the plants, one died within a week. It made me a little cranky, which made me search the internet for artificial poinsettias. I found some, and the pictures looked promising so I ordered some.

When they arrived, I was very pleased with my choice. Also, the other real poinsettia died within another week, and all of a sudden I was very happy that I ordered the artificial plants.
