When the workshop called and told me that my car was ready to be picked up, I didn't know what to expect. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a couple of scratches and a dent in the hood of m car. I've heard that it isn't always successful when dents are repaired. The foreman told me that the car was as good as new, but I wasn't sure what to expect.
On my way to the workshop, I pass by my car in the parking lot. I look at my car, and the scratches and the dent are completely gone. Wow, they've done a great job at fixing my car. It has probably been an easy job for them - but it means the world to me.
When I pick up the keys for my car, the foreman tells me that the insurance company is picking up the bill. That means that I'm only going to pay a small amount for the repair. That's great. My car had a complete Ditech lacquer seal when it was brand new. I ask the foreman if I should get the hood of the car lacquer sealed now or later. He would call back with an answer to that question the next day.
The next day, the foreman calls and tells me that I can get the hood of my car lacquer sealed immediately. It is also an option to wait for the retreatment of the entire car this summer. I don't want to wait till summer, because the hood is very exposed.
To my surprise, they treat the hood of my car free of charge. I hadn't expected that. The result is that my car is in my carport and it looks brand new :-)
